• AI-powered training calls
• Performance scoring and feedback
• Progress tracking and analytics
• Leaderboards and achievements
• SMS and email notifications

3. SMS communications consent

By providing your phone number and using our Service, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Cold Call Gym. These messages may include account verification codes, training reminders, performance scores, account updates, motivational tips, and service announcements.

• Message frequency: up to 10 messages per month, though frequency may vary based on your usage
• Message and data rates: standard rates may apply according to your mobile plan
• Opt-out: reply STOP to any message at any time
• Opt-in: reply START to resubscribe if you previously opted out

4. User accounts

To use our Service, you must create an account with a valid phone number. You are responsible for:

Cold Call Gym offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Free plan: limited to 3 training calls
• Pro plan: unlimited training calls and premium features

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service to train for deceptive or fraudulent sales practices
